Winter Price list December 1st 2025 to March 1st 2026.


All with no VAT to pay.


Please note: We accept payment by credit or debit card or by bank transfer (BACS/Faster Payments) for all services.


During Winter we only offer the following services.


Boiler Gas Safety check (Basic Service & CP12 Certificate) 

= £80.

(currently on offer at £60 until March 1st 2026).


Boiler full service 

= £120.

(currently on offer at £80 until March 1st 2026).

Please note that if you would like your boiler's Service Kit used, mention this when booking, as it is charged additionally and must be ordered beforehand.


Landlord Gas Safety Report (LGSR and CP12 Certificate) 

= £80.

(currently on offer at £60 until March 1st 2026). 


Combined Boiler full service and Landlord Certificate 

= £120. plus cost of parts.

(currently on offer at £80 until March 1st 2026).

Letting Agent Partner Services are offered at even more competitive discounted rates and have longer terms for bulk properties.


Gas Cooker (free standing) connection only 

= £120. plus cost of parts.


Smart Wi-Fi Thermostat Installation 

= £150. plus cost of parts.


Service of a Domestic unvented hot water storage cylinder 

= £90. plus cost of parts.



Heating/Hot water Breakdown Standard Call Out

Mon-Fri 9-5 fee 

= £90.

This charge covers the engineer's travel and up to the first hour of on-site diagnostic time.


  * Standard Breakdown Call-Out Fee: 

= £90.

   * This fee applies to each new visit during standard working hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). 


It includes travel, diagnostic time and the first hour of labour.


 * Standard Breakdown Hourly Labour Rate (after the first hour of a call-out): 

= £60 per hour.


Out-of-Hours Call-Out:


Excess Charges for Out-of-Hours and Weekends (applied in addition to the Standard Call-Out Fee):


 * Evenings (5:00 PM - 9:00 AM, Monday - Thursday): An additional Excess 

= £60.


 * Weekends (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Saturday & Sunday): An additional Excess 

= £90.


 * Late Nights/Early Mornings Weekends (5:00 PM - 9:00 AM, Friday, Saturday & Sunday, and 24 hours on all Bank Holidays): An additional Excess 

= £120.


Standard pre-planned Maintenance or Installation work:

Hourly Rate 

= £90.


Day Rate (approx 8hr) 

= £600.


Please note: These prices do not include the cost of any parts or materials required for repairs. These will be quoted for and charged separately.


Horsham District and Adur District only; other neighbouring areas are considered.


Monday to Friday 0900 to 1700 (Standard rate).


The standard AM time slot is 0900 to 1300.

The standard PM time slot is 1300 to 1700.


Payment Options: 

Call-Out charge and, if applicable, any out-of-hours excess charge are to be paid at the time of booking to secure an appointment.


Remaining charges to be paid in full while I am still on site.

Landlord Reports, Servicing, Maintenance and Installation work will be invoiced on completion with 7-day terms.
