Standard Call-Out Fee: *

This fee applies for each visit during standard working hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).

It includes diagnostic time and the first one (1) hour of labour.

Standard Hourly Labour Rate (after the first hour of a call-out): * per hour

Excess Charges for Out-of-Hours and Weekends (applied in addition to the Standard Call-Out Fee):

Evenings (5:00 PM - 9:00 AM, Monday - Friday): An additional *

Weekends (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Saturday & Sunday): An additional *

Late Nights/Early Mornings Weekends (5:00 PM - 9:00 AM, Saturday & Sunday, and all Bank Holidays): An additional *

Please Note: These prices do not include the cost of any parts or materials required for repairs.

These will be quoted for and charged separately.

No VAT to pay.

Horsham District and Adur District area only.

Monday to Sunday 0900 to 1700 (Standard rate)

The standard AM time slot is 0900 to 1300

The standard PM time slot is 1300 to 1700

Payment Options:

Call-Out charge, and if applicable any out of hours charge to be paid when booking appointment by Credit/Debit card or Instant Bank Transfer only.

Remaining Charges to be Paid in full while I am still on site by Credit/Debit card or Instant Bank Transfer only
