Remote Boiler Fault Diagnostics

At Bleeco, we can now offer additional advantages if you choose to have a connected smart boiler (Vokera Evolve) and wifi control (BeSmart) installed by us, connected via the digital input of the boiler using the OTBus protocol (BeSmart & RiCloud OpenTherm compatible products only).

The advantages that we offer are, with your permission are monitoring and editing of the boiler parameters and working status, along with the detailed history of the alarm code notifications, we can check and edit various important measurements and set points, helping us diagnose any fault that may arise with just the touch of a button.

We can set these measurements and monitor them in real time too.

These include:

current room temperature, 

room target temperature, 

outside temperature, 

set programmed temperatures, 

current operation status, 

current programme and mode selected, 

maximum flow temperature, 

minimum flow temperature, 

actual flow temperature, 

actual return temperature, 

sensor influence setting, 

weather compensation climatic curve, 

frost protection setting and temperature, 

system pressure, 

domestic hot water set temperature, 

actual domestic hot water temperature, 

flue temperature, 

flame staus, 

pump status, 

domestic hot water flow rate, 

modulation ratio, 

error code history, 

heat exchanger hours amassed, 

worked hours in heating,

worked hours in DHW.

We can also remotely reset the boiler and fault code alarms too.
