This particular boiler ErP package has a seasonal space heating efficiency rating of 98%, which is ErP band A+, it also easily complies with the new building regulations part L ‘Boiler Plus’ as your new controls will be Smart with optimisation and automation, but also has load compensation in the form of Opentherm, which is a digital communication protocol and enables the boiler and thermostat to talk to each other and modulate the flow temperature. The controls are class vi (6) which give you a 4% uplift from the boilers original 94% ErP rating, this is a very high spec system and you would struggle to beat it without spending a fortune.
